How it all started...
Harvest Bible Church began in August 2001 as a church plant with 14 families (36 people). It was the original vision of the church leaders that this body would start slowly in a local school (Ault Elementary in Cypress, Texas), preach God's Word, and trust God to determine if the church would thrive.
Since that time, we have continued to equip believers with God's Word and reveal His Word to unbelievers in the hope that they will be saved. The future of this church remains in God's hands to His glory.
1996 - 2000 - Lance Waldie attends DTS and graduates with a Master of Theology (ThM)
September 9, 2001 - First Sunday at Ault Elementary
April 3, 2003 - Harvest Bible Church purchases 13 acres on Mueschke Road
April 2006 - The foundation is poured
October 2006 - First Phase Complete
October 2006-2013 - Worship Service held in the Gym
March 2013 - Sanctuary Completed on Easter Sunday
October 2021 - Harvest Bible Church celebrates its 20th anniversary and pays the building loan off and is debt free!
