Senior Adult Ministry

We have several opportunities for Spiritual Growth at HBC; including Sunday School Classes at 9:00am, Wednesday Evening Bible Study at 7:00pm, Shepherding Groups on various days & times, Women's Bible study on Thursday mornings at 9:30am, and Men's Bible Study on Sunday evenings at 6:45pm.

Shepherding Groups are mixed age fellowship groups that meet regularly to discuss the week's sermon. They also provide a great opportunity to get to know others. Seniors are welcome to attend any of the Shepherding Groups, but we do have one Shepherding Group specifically for seniors (60+) and Retirees that meets at the church on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:00am. We enjoy having lunch together afterward. 

We have regular opportunities for the Senior Adults of HBC to gather and socialize together through Hymn Sings, Day Bus Trips, and Table Game Socials
*We also encourage our seniors to reach out and initiate spending time together in addition to the planned schedule. 

Many of our senior adults currently serve on the Prayer Team, Greeting Team, work with the Children, are involved with Missions work, provide meals to our church members in need or visit with our Seniors who might not be able to attend church. There are many ways to get involved at Harvest Bible Church.
